How to Cancel

  1. Go to the Cancellation Hub in any browser.
  2. Enter the email address tied to your account.
  3. Click Continue to cancel your subscription.

You may also authenticate via Google, Facebook, or Microsoft as alternatives to email entry.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your paid access and all the AI models stay active until the exact end date of your current billing cycle.
  • After that, you drop to a limited free account automatically.
  • Your previous chats and generated content stay in your account forever, so you can always log back in later if you change your mind.

Reactivating Your Subscription

If you have previously cancelled your subscription, you can reactivate it at any time before the cancellation date. Once reactivated, your plan and premium features will be restored immediately.
