Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Activate Chat AI does not typically issue pro-rated refunds for partial months. However, certain situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request.
Common Approved Refund Scenarios
- Canceling the trial before it converts to a full subscription
- Accidental double charges
- Unauthorized charges (see below)
Most approved refunds are processed within a few business days and will appear back on your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
- After cancellation, you will still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Users in regions with stronger consumer protections (EU, certain US states) may qualify for exceptions during trial periods.
- Disputed charges should be reported within 15 days.
